Diagnosis
Test is wide pyriform or oblong-ovoid, laterally compressed, with convex fundus, with the lateral sides gradually tapering toward aperture. In the profile the test is elliptic, with the slightly elongated rounded fundus, and with the concave aperture. Test is transparent, often with buff or yellowish tint, with various number of pores (1-10) situated on the lateral margin. L=90-175, B=60-155 μm. Aperture is slightly curved or linear, sometimes with tiny collar, with 30-40 μm wide.
